How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
Orders placed through our website will be dispatched within 2 business days with insured shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
CAN I PERSONALLY PICK UP MY ORDER IN-STORE?
Yes, you can opt for personal pick-up from our physical store. During the checkout process, select the "In-Store Pickup" option. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick-up. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

How To Return My Items?
Pierre du Nil offers a 14-day unconditional return guarantee. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all contents intact, and in an unused condition. Personalized items, products with damaged packaging, or missing contents are not eligible for return. For returns within the Czech Republic, if sent via our contracted shipping company, the shipping fee will be covered by us. Please contact our customer service for detailed return instructions.
